• Certification for mastery of essential work skills. (Skills noted as essential by WIOA, WINTAC, and VCU’s         21st Century Workplace Readiness Skills.)

• Vocational or situational assessment in an integrated work setting. Length of assessment is flexible based on         customer needs.

• Work experience (stipends available) in an integrated manufacturing/warehouse setting.

• Classroom instruction of essential work skills running concurrently with work experience in a successful work       setting.

• Pre-employment skills training including work readiness and work-based learning.

• EES transition services including soft skills, work readiness, travel training, work-based learning, and facility-       based employment for those preparing for community-based employment.
